Equipment Reservation

Expedite your check-out process! Submit an equipment rental reservation by filling out the form below. Once submitted, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the reservation.

Our Semester Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Reservations are required to be made 24 hours in advance. Any reservations made less than 24 hours will not be guaranteed.  In the event that you don’t come for your reservation on the pickup date, we’ll hold it for you up to a week.

Daily rentals are a full 24 hour rental. Only one daily rental is permitted per week. Weekly rentals are 7 calendar days.

Check that you bring the following before you show up to pick-up your reservation:

  • Check or Money Order Payment
  • A State/Government Issued Picture ID
  • Your NMSU class schedule (current semester)
  • We only rent out to current NMSU (Main Campus) Students and require a copy of your current NMSU class schedule for verification.
  • Ex. College of Education, College of Engineering
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
    Reservations that are not picked up by this time will be cancelled

  • This agreement when signed at time of pick-up is as a binding contract between the students, staff, NMSU affiliates, and NMSU ICT ST department. I agree to return the equipment listed on this form in the same condition that it was initially rented to me and at the time as stated above. I understand that any damages or failure to return equipment will result in additional chargers or replacement costs.
